    Shipping and Delivery

    ID4Motion ships products Worldwide with UPS to Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Europe, and Australia.

    The production time is +/- 2 days. When we ship with UPS it’s around 4 days to 2 weeks to get to its destination, depending on the place in the world.

    You will receive a track and track link into your mailbox when your order is shipped.

    Shipping costs are €15 euro in Europa and €45 euro worldwide. Excluding taxes and import duties.

    If you are a company it is possible to get a VAT exemption, please message us at sales@id4motion.com with you VAT-number and account details.

    The car's vehicle identification number (VIN) comprises 17 characters (digits and capital letters) that act as a unique identifier for the vehicle. A VIN displays the car's unique features, specifications, and manufacturer.

    Your VIN will be implemented into your ID4Motion cluster in a way your cluster will recognize your vehicle.

    Warranty and Returns

    When you order an ID4Motion cluster, you will have a 2-year warranty on production errors.

    If you want to return your ID4Motion order, please contact us first at: Technicalsupport@ID4Motion.com When shipping your order, please include the email, order number, and the original packaging to Twentepoort Oost 1A 7609RG Almelo, the Netherlands.

    You will receive your refund from the original payment platform in 14 days of receiving the parcel.

    No, replacing the cluster will not change the mileage of the car’s odometer.

    Yes, you can change the settings in your gauges cluster for imperial to metric and back.

    Yes, it’s possible to purchase a software update afterward. You will receive an email with a USB update that you can plug into your digital gauge cluster.
